Y...See you can ride by the water in AA County too!<br /><br />Yes, you probably will have to adjust your calorie intake to keep up with your energy burn if you bike more than 3 - 4 times per week. I had to eat more and still managed to loose weight. But be smart about WHAT you eat. There are lots of online resources on good exercise nutrition and I'm certainly no expert.
