I stole this idea from a fellow commuter who "nicked" this idea from a fellow commuter, whom I would bet grabbed it from yet another commuter. Since it reminds me of achievements in games and might give me some motivation to get out and ride a bit more than I have been, here is a list of goals for me to achieve. This park boasts a 3 mile paved loop of tiny hills and around carparks and picnic tables. Since it is only a few miles from my house, this is the place I tend to go to the most.

Introduction:
I am at a decent enough weight, but would love to dip down to below 150 pounds and maintain that. 145 would be awesome, but at that point I think muscle mass would take over fat loss and I would bump myself back up. I have never been a fan of truely judging health by weight, but since I lack any form of Body Fat counter, it is the best I can do.
